Equatorial Guinea Radio Stations

Equatorial Guinea is Africa's only Spanish-speaking country, and its state-controlled radio broadcasts in Spanish and French alongside Fang, Bubi and other national languages. State radio dominates a tightly restricted media environment, with programming heavy on official news. Culturally the dial reflects the country's position between worlds: Spanish-language pop, Cameroonian makossa, Congolese rumba and the balélé rhythms of Bioko island, plus Catholic broadcasts serving the widely observant population.
