ice Radio FM Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ice Radio FM, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

2. Service Description

ice Radio FM is an online radio directory and streaming platform. We aggregate radio station streams from public sources and provide a unified interface to browse, search, and listen. Listening itself is free and requires no account. An optional paid Premium subscription is also available; see Section 9. We also offer Radio Hosting, a paid service that provisions and operates internet radio station infrastructure on your behalf; see Section 10.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • One account per person. Duplicate or bot accounts may be terminated.

4. User Content

When you submit reviews or ratings, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content. You agree not to submit content that is:

  • Offensive, abusive, or hateful
  • Spam or promotional
  • Misleading or fraudulent
  • In violation of any applicable law

We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Radio streams listed in our directory are the property of their respective broadcasters; we do not host or own that directory content. If you use Radio Hosting (Section 10), the audio content you upload or broadcast through it remains your property and your responsibility - we provide the hosting infrastructure only. The ice Radio FM platform, its design, and code are our intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

ice Radio FM is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for stream availability, audio quality, or content broadcast by third-party stations. Service interruptions may occur without notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Automated scraping or crawling beyond normal use
  • Attempting to overload or disrupt the service
  • Circumventing security measures
  • Impersonating other users

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Premium Subscriptions

Premium is an optional paid plan with monthly or one-time lifetime pricing, shown on the Premium page. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal linked on the Premium page.

10. Radio Hosting

Radio Hosting is a paid service, described in full on the Radio Hosting page. Where self-service sign-up is available: new subscriptions start with a 30-day free trial. A valid payment method is required before the trial starts. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is charged automatically for the plan you selected. Cancelling during the trial means you are not charged. Cancelling a paid subscription stops future billing but does not immediately delete your station or its data; deletion is a separate, explicitly confirmed action. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

You are responsible for the legality of content you broadcast through Radio Hosting, including any required music licensing - see the Radio Hosting FAQ. We may suspend a hosted station for non-payment, abuse, or illegal content; suspension preserves your station configuration and data rather than deleting it.
