ice Radio FM is a free online radio directory and streaming platform. We aggregate radio station streams from public sources and provide a unified interface to browse, search, and listen.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One account per person. Duplicate or bot accounts may be terminated.

4. User Content

When you submit reviews or ratings, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content. You agree not to submit content that is:

• Offensive, abusive, or hateful
• Spam or promotional
• Misleading or fraudulent
• In violation of any applicable law

We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

Radio streams are the property of their respective broadcasters. We do not host or own any radio stream content. The ice Radio FM platform, its design, and code are our intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

ice Radio FM is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for stream availability, audio quality, or content broadcast by third-party stations. Service interruptions may occur without notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Automated scraping or crawling beyond normal use
• Attempting to overload or disrupt the service
• Circumventing security measures
• Impersonating other users

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
