HLS (HTTP Live Streaming) is an adaptive streaming protocol developed by Apple that works on virtually every modern device. ice Radio FM supports both HLS and direct Icecast/SHOUTcast streams.

Bitrate (kbps) describes how much audio data is transmitted per second. Higher bitrate = better audio quality but more bandwidth. 128 kbps MP3 is roughly CD-quality for most listeners; 64 kbps AAC sounds nearly identical at half the bandwidth.

Stream availability is controlled by the broadcaster, not by ice Radio FM. Try refreshing or check back later — most outages are temporary. If a station is permanently offline, please report it via the contact page so we can mark it inactive.
