Emisoras de radio de Slovenia

RTV Slovenija anchors Slovenian radio with the first program's news, Val 202's popular mix of sport and music, and cultural channel Ars. Commercial network Radio 1 leads private ratings. Slovene dominates on air, with Italian and Hungarian minority programming on the coast and in Prekmurje. The country's affection for polka and Oberkrainer ensemble music, the Avsenik legacy, keeps folk sounds surprisingly present on the dial.
