The Philippines Radiosender

Filipino radio has a split personality: AM stations deliver hard-hitting news and public-service programs in Tagalog, a tradition led by legacy giants like DZBB and DZRH, the country's oldest station, while FM runs on OPM pop, love songs, and famously sentimental late-night dedication shows. Love Radio and Yes FM dominate music ratings, state broadcaster PBS runs Radyo Pilipinas, and English mixes freely with Tagalog on air.
